baby gannon {nw arkansas + little rock, arkansas newborn photographer}

Check out this sweet little boy. He is tiny, 5days old, 6 lbs, and belongs to a girlfriend from college. I photographed his big brother as a newborn when I was just starting to make the switch from sports to babies. When Britnie asked me to come down and photograph her new baby boy I knew I just had to make it happen. He was easy despite being particular. Little baby wanted to keeps his hands warm and close! I convinced Britnie to step in front of the camera and document just how amazing she looks as a momma! There is something about getting to see friends become mom’s or in this case have her second. Its just amazing to witness. My friends were all beautiful before babies but for whatever reason, the glow, the calm, the pure joy… they are just simply stunning with their children! Congrats Drake family and enjoy your sneak peek!

hudson {little rock, arkansas newborn photography}

Meet Hudson. I traveled down to Little Rock to meet him. I photographed is cousin two years ago and was so honored to be able to photograph the newest addition to their growing family. Hudson is a tiny guy. Long and lean. With a very calm demeanor… lucky mom and dad. He slept the entire session and was so easy breezy. Enjoy your sneak peek Risner family! Hudson is perfect!

ella {nw arkansas newborn photography}

sweet little ella and her big brother Max. Two years apart momma has so much to look forward to. Ella was AMAZING during our session. We didn’t have to break but once for a feed and then we were back at it again. A photographers dream this little one and the photos are poof of it. Enjoy the sneak peek Levine family and congratulations on Ella’s arrival.

luci {birth experience}

Nothing is more amazing than the birth of a baby! I think it is the closest thing to real life magic! To be a part of Melinda + Erik’s most special day was an honor. Melinda is a close friend and to watch her give birth to her baby girl was so special. Not a complaint, and she so graceful through the entire delivery process. Erik held up well as long as he stayed off his feet. Hehe! Overwhelmed with the magnitude of the day he managed to his feet to cut Luci’s cord and one glimpse of his little girl he couldn’t sit back down. It was fantastic to watch him go from uneasy to confident. Being a parent is not always easy but it sure is magical. Jeremy (my better half) told me a saying about parenthood not too long ago on a day that had me beat… “your days are long and your years are short”… so true! So remember that in these first few months and years Melinda and Erik and try to enjoy these first few days, and months for they are fleeting!
