In honor of the memorial holiday I just had to post this session from Seattle. Meet Julia, her mom and dad. Julia’s dad is a member of our armed forces and I give thanks to him for the sacrifices that he makes but also to the sacrifices that his family makes as well. They all sacrifice so much so we all can have so much and feel so safe!

Courtney is a friend by way of my work at the University of Minnesota and I was thrilled when she asked me if I would photograph her new little girl, Julia who is just shy of 9 months. It was fantastic getting to see them, meet Olivia and Brad for the first time and chat up. You have a beautiful family Courtney! Enjoy your sneak peek!

forever young {seattle wedding photography}

They said I do and they celebrated into the night. I was honored to be asked by Lisa and Jeremy to document their wedding day. The groom is one of my brothers closest childhood friends and the bride is a personal friend. Both WSU grads they celebrated in Wazzu fashion. Great food, plenty of beverages and fabulous company! I love this little guy… Blond curls, busy body, adorable smile, sweet giggle and two of the most fun parents I know. He is a lucky little guy. This is my third time photographing Beckham. He has changed so much from just a year ago. He is no longer a tiny tot and so much more of a “big boy”. I know I say it all the time but I love what I do because I get to meet and become friends with some seriously cool people and the Dries are some of the coolest. I love love love working with them and love getting to see Beckham grow up through my lens is amazing. Wow, is he a doll! Many more great images will be arriving at your door step shortly! This sneak peek is long over due. I am playing catch up from my 2.5 weeks of travel. Its nuts around my house with work and children, however I was able to find some quiet time after the boys went down tonight to sit and start editing this sweet face. He belongs to my friend Lynne and her husband Joey. These two waited for what felt like forever to finally hold their much desired little boy, Kyler. It was a pleasure and honor to be able to photograph all 7lbs of this little guy. I loved spending a couple of hours with him and his momma, and daddy too of course. Love him Lynne and Joe! He is perfect. Congrats to you both and enjoy your sneak peek. You both deserve all the joys to come!
